In the text on the link there is a phrase: “Slow interVLAN connectivity (slow forwarding between VLANs) occurs when there is no slowness on the local VLAN, but traffic needs to be forwarded to an alternate VLAN, and it is not forwarded at the expected rate.”
IMHO this phrase just exactly mathes the variant C. And the variant E is just a possible cause of the slow intervlan connection, and I can not say this answer is wrong.

anybody know if there are any direct subnetting questions on icnd2? There were a lot on icnd1 but I took that a while ago, and have been using a calculator since then. Do I need to brush up?

Don’t get Confuse, Just Prepare Learn or Memorize,
Also Practice Sims Only U need to Type:

I think he nay be talking about the new style of configuring ospf directly on the interface like so:

Its not so bad, takes a little getting used to when you first see it. I am two days out from my test. Stressed out!

I have seen this question in the dumps:

The answer in the dumps is B. I do not think this is correct due to that wildcard mask which says basically to not compare the first 3 octets and then compare the last octet.

Answer D would advertise that network http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/ip/open-shortest-path-first-ospf/47866-ospfdb7.html

If you read the question carefully, it is asking how to configure OSPF and add a network statement.

Best practice states that the correct syntax is as follows

Router OSPF 1
Command protocol process ID

The second line is as follows
network 192.168.1.0 0.0.0.255 Area 0
Command Address Wildcard Mask OSPF area ID

In this question is showing an alternate method that is also accepted
network 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 Area 0
Command Address Subnet Mask OSPF area ID

That is why the correct answer is B.

Just failed an exam because I accidentally skipped the Lab Sims on the exam, and guess what, you cant go back! It doesn’t even prompt you to confirm that you want to continue without answering the question. Con Artists…. Anyway, scored 708/1000 without even attempting a Lab so im confident of a pass next time round, all thanks to this site. Study it, it works! But as most people have said, make sure you understand the concepts behind the questions – and learn to subnet in your sleep.

Explanation: Collision Domains A collision domain is an area of a single LAN where end stations contend for access to the network because all end stations are connected to a shared physical medium. If two connected devices transmit onto the media at the same time, a collision occurs. Troubleshoot Collision Domain Issues

So if your VLAN appears to be slow, first isolate the collision domain problems. You need to establish if only users on the same collision domain are experiencing connectivity problems, or if it is happening on multiple domains. To do this, make a data transfer between user PCs on the same collision domain, and compare this performance with the performance of another collision domain, or with its expected performance.
If problems only occur on that collision domain, and the performance of other collision domains in the same VLAN is normal, then look at the port counters on the switch to determine what troubles this segment may be experiencing. Most likely, the cause is simple, such as a duplex mismatch. Another, less frequent cause is an overloaded or oversubscribed segment. For more information on troubleshooting a single segment problem, refer to the document Configuring and Troubleshooting Ethernet 10/100/1000Mb Half/Full Duplex Auto-Negotiation.

@Aslam No it’s not. There are no drag and drop questions and barely any questions on important topics. I would recommend you going strong on labs tho. Someone here shared them earlier

Anyone have any idea roughly how much each sim is worth? I missed passing by 70 points last week, but that was with accidentally clicking right past the OSPF sim (expensive damn mistake).

on ICND2 if you dont get at least 50% on labs you might not pass it!

There are at least 3 version of the OSPF, GRE and EIGRP simulation questions. I took the test on friday and I saw these 4 questions you posted.

As promised here are the questions that were on my test on Friday April 21 2017.

These questions are the same word for word, the only difference is that the questions are not in the same order and the answers are listed differently. The sims are listed at the end of the document with the 4 questions pertaining the image above the 1st question.

On fridays test I had 2 questions that are not on the documents that Ill attach.
1. Host X and Host y cant communicate
2. just remember 2 of the answers, dont remember the exact questions / 1 – 4095 and 4096

these questions are for the 200-105 test. from my knowledge pearson vue and cisco have at least 4 version of the test that the test center will download the day of the test. Cant know what version will download. what I can say is that the 209 question link I added will have the most relevant questions for the test.

It was 48 Questions and 3 sims minimum score was 811 and I got a 920 score. But I already had my ccna, I work with some instructors and I take the tests every 2 months or so to provide feedback.

Finally, pass it was a challenging sims test. Make sure that you know your sims inside and out. You will spend at least 45 mins working through the sims that seem to have no apparent answer.

Hamlin H – Lets all not forget the importance of this site. Although ten years ago I passed cisco using other material. However, let’s not forget the importance of this site. Your here for a reason and this site help guide you and me so Thanks 9TUT. Anyone taking the exam, better be prepared for some tough sims because they are no joke. I spent over 20 mins alone on GRE. OSPF AND EIGRP were not easy either. So get a premium member and master them and take your time on your sims during testing because you will have enough time to finish the questions, that is, if your scoring 99 percent on all practice questions. A few questions I wasn’t familiar with but I believe I aced them.

I am now A+, Network+, CCNA and on to Drone pilot license or Apple Tech Cert. Job interview in I.T. coming up too. Cancel one job interview because I want this job. I want to work hard in I.T. I am at the tail end of my career and my age nor EXP has slowed me down. So when you get older, keep pushing and keep making yourself relevant.

Although, I mainly use other studying means for ICDN2. There is no way in hell I could have pass the test and was confident going in without this site and the premium service. Anyone who wants to guarantee a pass on the exam MUST get the premium membership. Those sims are no joke. I’m Comptia A+, Comptia Net Plus, Security + AND now CCNA. Interview in I.T. coming up shortly.

I am confused about the exam having questions about netflow. There is no mention in Ciscos “Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 2 (200-105) exam description'” that suggests a topic about Netflow…any thoughts ?

Netflow apparently has been taken off the exams same as frame relay.

I just passed today 9xx the questions were easy The gre sim took 20 minutes to finish it , nothing difficult you have to know the concept and use the show running commends .
