Share your ICND2 v3.0 Experience
The new ICND2 200-105 exam has come to replace the old ICND2 200-101 exam. We create the “Share your ICND2 v3.0 Experience” for everyone to share their experience after taking this exam.
Note for ICND2: There are no VRRP, GLBP, NetFlow and NAT questions (and they are not technologies learned in this exam).
Please share with us your experience after taking the ICND2 200-105 exam, your materials, the way you learned, your recommendations… But please DO NOT share any information about the detail of the exam or your personal information, your score, exam date and location, your email…
all these people pasting question on the dumps and asking them which ones are correct, worry me about looking at those dumps. Can anyone tell me if the latest dumps are actually reliable???
I passed the exam yesterday . Only one q was not on 9tut. The labs were the same, only the answers were different (keep in mind variance, passive-interface, wrong password in chap, mismatch of the area). Good luck!
@CCNA,
which file did you study from? can you give me the link? I would appreciate it
Whats DTP‟s default in a switch?
A. ON
B. OFF
C. Dynamic Desirable
D. Auto
Answer: I think it is A
According to what I learned the DTP mode is switch depended. In GNS3 I hooked up 2 switches together and noticed that by default “Negotiating of Trunking = ON” now if i set the switchport to a static access port “Negotiating of Trunking = OFF” which answers another question:
How can you disable DTP on a switch port?
A. Configure the switch port as a trunk.
B. Add an interface on the switch to a channel group.
C. Change the operational mode to static access.
D. Change the administrative mode to access.
Answer: I think it is C
Before Switch set to static access:
Name: Et0/0
Switchport: Enabled
Administrative Mode: dynamic desirable
Operational Mode: static access

Your link to dumps does not work
Hello guys,
Im going to take the switching exame next friday and actually it’s just to renew my ccnp.
I hv already studied and i guess i’m ready , i just see everybody speaking about the iphelper dumps can anybody put the link or send it to me so i can hv a look at the Qs and if anybody could tell me whatelse should i study?
Thank you
did you study the file that 9tut has a link for? I believe its the newest version. Its called “CCNAquestions_Dec_2017”
@ CCNA

I just cleared the 200-105 last week with a good score of 9xx/1000!!!
There were many new questions appeared in my actual 200-105 exam, obviously, the 200-105 exam updated again recently!!!
The old version 200-105 dumps now are not 100% passing ensure.
I learned the newest PL 200-105 with 497q now, all new Qs are from it!
The above link posted by Devil is a scam to harvest your phone number
there is way to many false posts on here. people need to know most are actively giving you wrong information. any thing with xx9 or ~~~New Version Dumps is false bull shite. real qs with real answers are now very few. even if you ask for advice or help u are never going to know if its right or not. usually too late once you have sat the exam. use 9tut qs only and study the rest…. good luck all.
@ pam,
quit putting your stupid SHIT on here. We all know its fake so cut it out!!!!
I just want to confirm that there are non drag and drop questions? Can someone let me know
May I know if the study materials here on 9tut are updated because I might be taking the exam anytime this January 2018. I’ve studied here with 9tut from the past 4 months.
Thank you very much for confirming.

I passed the icnd2 .. thanx 9 tut and all comments. icnd2 dumps are valid + few new questions.
there is one huge mistake in the dumps (it was in the test):
Which configuration enables OSPF for network 192.168.1.0/24?
A. router ospf
router-id 192.168.1.0
B. router ospf 1
network 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 area 0
C. router ospf 1
neighbor 192.168.1.0
D. router ospf 1
area 0 virtual-link 192.168.1.0
ANSWER D of course
Hi EMF,
I thought the question below was a mistake because it should have a choice
of
router ospf1
network 192.168.1.0 0.0.0.255 area 0
should be the answer
but since its not in the choices, the correct answer is D as you say?
Which configuration enables OSPF for network 192.168.1.0/24?
A. router ospf
router-id 192.168.1.0
B. router ospf 1
network 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 area 0
C. router ospf 1
neighbor 192.168.1.0
D. router ospf 1
area 0 virtual-link 192.168.1.0
Regarding last OSPF question.
I’m not sure if D) “area 0 virtual-link 192.168.1.0” is correct answer.
the syntax is “area virtual-link “.
This command will not enable OSPF for network 192.168.1.0/24
Passed today. NEW TEST! Cisco just changed it up, i’d say maybe only 20% of the multiple choice questions were from the latest dump. The sims were OSPF, EIGRP, and GRE (as expected). BGP questions, inter VLAN, and other random stuff that wasn’t covered in the Lammle book (my main source of instruction). There’s no substitute for learning the material, no short cuts, no magic test dump to memorize. Know your stuff. Good luck to all.
Passed my exam yesterday, barely, 820/1000.
Cisco has changed the questions. I liked it that way though. Guys try to study.
can anyone suggest another site like this or the list of new questions.
@ 9tut
I mean if its changed that much then the dumps will need to be updated?!?!
anyone pass it recently???
Just passed ICND2 with a score of 844. Many questions I’ve never seen before. Here is one:
What protocol CGMP is NOT compatible with? Have no idea what is the correct answer.
1. VRRP
2. HSRP v1
3. HSRP v2
4. Smth don’t remember.
Definitely Cisco added a lot new stuff.
Hey guys
i know this is not the best place but i need help to find something on cisco 500-551 exam
I cant find any resource any help would not just be great it would be amazing
@whocares
Maybe HSRPv1
The multicast address 224.0.0.2 is used to send HSRP hello messages.
This address can conflict with Cisco Group Management Protocol (CGMP) leave processing.
Version 1 is the default version of HSRP.
HSRP version 2 uses the new IP multicast address 224.0.0.102 to send hello packets instead of the multicast address of 224.0.0.2, used by HSRP version 1. This new multicast address allows CGMP leave processing to be enabled at the same time as HSRP.
@whocares
This is from 3560 config guide.
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3560/software/release/12-2_52_se/configuration/guide/3560scg/swhsrp.pdf
HSRPv1 uses the multicast address 224.0.0.2 to send hello packets, which can conflict with
Cisco Group Management Protocol (CGMP) leave processing. You cannot enable HSRPv1 and
CGMP at the same time; they are mutually exclusive.
Failed ffs by 100 points, had many 5 questions from icnd2pdf only eigrp simlet and some strange SIM with ospf topology picture with and 4 questions to answer just by looking at it
and i had drag and drop which i didnt expect
@Mark3
Had many what questions?
had maybe 5 questions from pdf all other questions were new
@9tut
It seems Cisco has done full update for ICND2 , most of the questions are new now !!!!
can you create ICND2v3 – New Questions section, so anyone who takes the exam can add to it like you did with ICND1
had this
which about gre tunnel is true?
send in md5 ?
sends in plain text ?
something
something
had qos,ppp,pppoe (more questions than expected) not from pdf
something about RADIUS AAA not from pdf
something about algorithm .
with aswers
Dijkstra
Bellman-Ford
Diffie-Hellman
something
not this question -> ( Which algorithm is run by link-state routing protocols to calculate the shortest path to destination networks?)
drag and drop :
holddown timer
split horizon
defining a maximum
route poisoning
triggered update
anyone have any idea when to expect new dumps? or how does it work do people gather questions/answers bit by bit?
Thank you team,
I was suppose to book an exam this week studying the materials here on 9tut.
Guess I’ll be waiting for updates from this website. I’ll be visiting the site frequently
9tut
Any ETA on updated material or New questions section?
JESUS!!!! I signed up to take the exam this friday Jan 12, 2018 have I have studied from the icnd2.pdf questions and also the CCNAquestions_Dec_2017.pdf questions!!! and I’m reading on here that not that many questions on the exam will be from the two pdfs that I studied from !!!?!???!?!?.
If this is a new exam, I’m screwed!!! I read the OCG CCNA routing and switching 200-105 by Wendell odom book but it the study material on 9tut would’ve helped ALOT!!! I”m now very nervous about taking the exam this friday. Anyone know when the new version is coming out?????
This from rediit,
get familiar with: FHRP tracking. QoS markings. order of actions for switching frames. logging levels and names. configuring PPPoE, and what happens at each phase. PPP authentication methods. SNMPv3 levels and encryption. Class A, Class B, Class C, and multicast boundaries. PVST+ port elections and modes, RPVST port elections and modes. Etherchannel protocol modes and how they operate ….. lots of things that seem trivial.
if you go to cisco website,it tells you the topics on the test.
https://learningcontent.cisco.com/cln_storage/text/cln/marketing/exam-topics/200-105-icnd2-v3.pdf
hopefully they will come out with a new icnd2.pdf version, for the new exam
Hi 9tut Guys, approx how much time you need to publish new questions for ICND2. i was study for last one month and passed your prectice exame because of this i was so confident but now after viewing your Notice in Home page about new questions , i am again doubtful regarding my preparatione for icnd2.
the question topics didnt change they added new and phrasing of some questions changed .
i had question from pdf :What command can you enter to assign an interface to the default VLAN?
was phrased completely differently
@mark3> plz which lab did u get? is there a major change?
Ya it would be nice to know how much time you need to do the update? Could be useful. Thanks
Are the questions on the icnd1/2 the exact same questions on the ccna composite? Basically can ccna material be used to study for the icnd1/2?
@open I had only eigrp questions were similar different answers
And ospf topology picture with 4 questions to answer just by looking at topology
Can someone share information about the new questions on the exam?
I head that there was also drag and drop questions? There wasn’t any in the previous version. Can anyone confirm this?
thanks Mark3
hdawg, don’t panic, I’m sure everything gonna be all right. The topics are the same, they just added some new questions. Please write a report after your exam on the 12th of January.
I think the icnd2.pdf is still more or less valid.
@hdawg me too the next 12 also study with the book of CCNA Routing and Switching 200-105 by Wendell Odom that book is entirely boring and never go to a point.
i didnt have any drag and drop last year. but it sounds like they have changed the qs up a lot. i suggest waiting.
@mark3 did you do icnd2 exam 200-105 or the combined one?
@skyslimit icnd2
@bill the dump,
I went ahead and rescheduled the exam. I’m gonna take it in a couple weeks. I just don’t want to take a chance and fail it if it is totally different from the previous one.
@Alborotao,
I bought the book “OCG CCNA Routing and Switching ICND2 200-105” by Wendell Odom and have pretty much read and highlighted the hell out of the book. I reread it again before I was going to take the exam and did some practice labs.
I’m just gonna wait a couple more days to see if 9tut will come out with a new version. I downloaded the CCNAquestions_Dec_2017.pdf version and went off that. I’m not sure if the CCNAquestions_Dec_2017.pdf version will help with this new test.
@bill the dump,
It also cost a lot of money. Over $100 so I can’t afford to fail the exam. That’ll be over $100 down the tube, if you know what I mean. I don’t have that much money in the first place so I just can’t afford to fail man. 🙁
Try here https://ccnav6.com/ccna-v3-200-125-171-questions-certification-exam-answers-latest.html
zimon….. dude thats like 12 months ago. Not sure thats gona be valid.
@mark3
Did you use 9tuts latest dec qs pdf also? i think it has way more qs in it that the other icnd2pdf one. even so its sounds like there is a ton of new qs. Dam bro its hard. I screwed the pooch twice also on this test. not sure what we are gonna do. looks like this new exam has bad news all over it.
oh and mark3 how many sims did you have and how many qs in total on the exam. thanks bro.
9tut pleeaaaassee we need the update , I want to schedule my second attemp for next Tuesday, Now I think I am going to wait… I don’t wanna fail for the second time
@hdawg
Ok, lets wait then. Same story here, I can’t afford several attempts.
@hdawg I will take It, you could send me your most creditable pdf and I will share you what I would see in the exam. If you are ok give me your email
Guys the questions from the pdf are so different from 9tut.net LoL
careful guys about sharing on emails. make sure you are using a proxy.
Just had a look at CCNAquestions_Dec_2017.pdf I had at least 10 questions from this dump
How long does it normally take to get a refreshed pdf after questions change?
mark3
how many questions in total in your exam, with just one sim?
55 , 1 SIM .
@Alborotao,
I got the pdf files form 9tuts link. Its here,
https://www.mediafire.com/file/4c88wf952lwmuy5/CCNAquestions_Dec_2017.pdf
Those are the ones I have currently. It’s the Dec. 2017 pdf version. I’m guessing that’s the latest, until they come out with a newer version for this new test.
@Bill The Dump,
I feel your man, I can’t afford a fail so I rescheduled for Jan 26. HOPEFULLY, a newer version will be out before then so I can use that to study. Until then, I will be re-reading my CCNA Routing and Switching book by Wendell Odom.
9tut, do you know when you’ll be coming out with a newer version. I think we would be very greatful if you came out with one very soon. PLEASE 🙂
@ Mark3,
Just one SIM?? out of the whole exam? How about any drag and drop questions??
The questions in my exam were easy it’s just that I was paying more attention to eigrp ospf ec not things like PPP SNMP syslog and I didn’t even expect drag and drop to be in the exam , message from reedit I mentioned above describes the topics pretty accurate I would say.
Hdawg i mentioned above all that
I would suggest go study netacad it’s free with all the slideshow same as the paid one its on ccna 6 or ccna 7 website since it’s Cisco’s official training program it covers all the topics needed for icnd2
Passed on the 8th with 85X out of 1000. Entirely new questions.
The simulations are heavily weighted and you NEED to understand how to find the answers because the sim questions are not the same.
Advice that will definitely be rejected, but “study the concepts instead of memorizing the answers.” If you’re hoping to memorize the answers without understanding the concepts and expecting a pass, you’re setting yourself up for failure. If you waited until last minute to certify and have no confidence in your ability to pass as is, sucks to be you.
I encountered no drag and drop, Spanning tree questions, OSPF questions, SNMP questions, and several frame relay/pppoe questions. Safe to say that a lot of my answers were educated guesses based on knowing which technologies/commands didn’t exist already.
Good luck to everyone.
edit to the above: I encountered no drag and drop but encountered spanning tree questions, OSPF questions, SNMP questions, and several frame relay/pppoe questions
@ mark3
dude you said there was a ospf question you havent seen before was it this?
http://vceguide.com/after-the-network-has-converged-what-type-of-messaging-if-any-occurs-between-r3-and-r4/
@Anonymous – frame relay questions? For 200-105 FR removed from exam topics. That’s BS if Cisco put them in when they said they were out.
@hdawg post an email I am not going to dump in public
@Anonymous,
I’m looking at the Cisco guidelines and I dont see any place with it talks about Frame Relay. Are you sure, because if you are and its’ not in the guidelines then thats pretty messed up.
@Alborotao,
it is vincentjhudspeth at jourrapide dot com
Is proxy arp on the 200-105 test?
Hi everyone, I succeed the ICND2 83x, I like advice you those pdf and dumps are good tools for studying but they are way too to the real questions on the exam. So go to study grab the exam objectives and master it, bulletpoint to bulletpoint. @hdaeg I will be working your ticket in a few hours
@mark3 was completely right but it your take may advice you will pass too
Skyslimit. Yes that’s the one but it was with 4 and
* 4 questions
Frame relay is not in exam I did class based official cisco course
Recently I don’t even know what frame relay is
@ mark3
dude thanks for your help if you have anything else to offer let us know. u are awesome!!
Thanks 🙂
@Alborotao,
ok ill be waiting . Thanks
Just took my exam a few hours ago and passed with a 85x/1000. Umm, yea the test is no joke at all. Please study and learn the concepts. I also had the one EIGRP sim and OSPF topology picture. Had a question on BGP connection states, HSRP commands, SNMPv3 questions, drag and drop (LSA, split horizon, route poison, etc.), commands for verifying GRE tunnel connectivity. Very few questions from 9tut on it.
who ever keeps taking my forum name you suck a s s
9tut
hello do you have any updates?????
@skyslimit
The questions that you posted are for the ICND 1 test, but we are looking for the ICND 2.
@ hdawag
someone took my forum name and started spamming s h i t. there are lots of a s s h o les on here.
@ Mark3
did you have this GRE question in your exam?:
http://vceguide.com/why-did-branch1-router-lose-wan-connectivity-with-r1-router-2/
yes i had gre questions, i think Slim had very similar test to what i had
