passed icnd2 yesterday. many thanks to 9tut as well. imho the book is too saturated with unneeded details and Cisco loves to ask about those.

SDN components – for me really hard – not sure about choices and whether i answered this one correctly
how many switches can be in stack
tacas vs radius differences
which mac uses device ‘A’ while connecting to server ‘b’ over R1
what are the valid PVST(?) states
difference between hsrp v 1/2
pic of 4 routers with listed hsrp config with preempt – they asked which one will become master- two of them got same priority being highest prio numbers
what has SNMPv1 and v2 in common
what protocol is used by VTP
which option is default ether channel mode/state (something like that) – options were active, on etc.
Labs are more or less the same as here – from what i can remember got EIGRP and GRE

Just passed ICND2 today, as people are saying there are a lot of drag and drop, only 2 simlets. If you study by 9tut you are good. I’d only study a bit more SDN, but that’s it.

Passed ICND2 recently.

Some new drag & drops (801.x – supplicant, EAP, authenticator etc), external/internal routing protocols and their tasks. Make sure you know all your simulations well! The ICND2 is NOT an easy exam.

I meant 802.1x drag & drop.

9tut questions came up, as did the simulations listed here. But it’s hard to work with that Windows 98-style simulation. Good luck to everyone!

Passed with 900+ score. Much of it was on this site. Sign up for a premium membership and take your test before they change the tests in February. The answers were mostly different from the ones on this site, so you need to make sure you understand each question. I mostly studied the icndv2 questions 6 and 7. Of course know the labs backward and forward. There were maybe 5 drag and drop on my exam. Good luck guys!

What is question 6 and 7 everyone is talking about?

I passed 9++/1000 like 4 Drags and Drops three from here (PAAS, IAAS, SAAS; 802.1x; authenticador and authenticator server; AD of EIGRP, OSPF and BGP ) some questions were from here.

Two Labs GRE and EIGRP the questions were similar like here, same topology (Do not memorize the right answers are different).

Just passed icnd2. 54 questions in total, 2 sims: EIGRP & OSPF, 6-7 drag ‘n drops. 70% of the questions come from this site. Don’t mind if you meet questions that you may not know, BUT try to answer correctly ALL the questions referred to the sims/labs, they are marked as more significant than all the rest, this way you ll probably have very good chances to pass the particular exam. so Recently passed this exam….and damn its tough!…this site helps greatly but still alot not from here… The sims can be very tricky and time consuming and for a person like me who goes slower on exams that can bite you since i had to rush at the end when they throw a long sim question on the 3rd to last question!…thats messed up from Cisco sometimes i feel they need to get a life who ever creates this Test…they dont need to be this difficult. People all learn at difference speeds and pace. Anyway…all i can see is study study study…alot of questions from here but you really need to understand everything which is alot to ask for…there is so much material it hurts your brain unless you are an active network engineer and live this everyday

Passed 200-105 today with 902. A lot of questions from 9tut, but some were not.
Had about 5 drag-drops, 3 hotspot questions and no sim.

I said hotspot, but apparantly it was a troubleshooting sim. Like thuis one: https://www.9tut.com/eigrp-troubleshooting-sim. Only the questions were different. Same one for OSPF.

passed today 90% 😀 first attempt and 9tut helped me a lot. about 90% of questions was from here including SIM (OSPF and EIGRP) troubleshoot. No configuration so far, only drag a drops (+- 8) and questions. GOOD LUCK everyone.

I would say that 90% of questions was from New Questions 1-7 including LabSims or questions were at least very similar 🙂

If you guys study and do the new questions with sims you should be fine 😉

ICND2 done, 9tut helped me a lot about 70% from new questions 1-7. SIM GRE and OSPF.

I would recommend you do you your studies before using 9tut.

I used CBTnug And YouTube only then I used 9tut reviews then questions in the ends.

I passed the ICND2 on Jan 30, 2020, score 874.
Test had way too many drag and drops, in my opinion, at least 8(I hate drag and drops).
2 Sims, OSPF and EIGRP.
PPPoE questions were confusing(never able to grasp that technology).
Quirky SNMP questions, like what is multcast address for SNMPv2?
IEEE standards on STP, RSTP, PVSTP+(802.1d, 802.1w….).

Congrats Hunter but I don’t think there is such a thing as an snmp multicast address, maybe your thinking of HSRP?

Are the questions from 9tut usually enough to pass ICND-2. I am preparing for all the topics but just wanted to check if the dumps are usually enough to pass ICND-2

@ICND2 Attempt 1. I have the ICND2 exam scheduled… I am very anxious about it as topics are harder than ICND1. Hope I pass from ICND2. I did a full CCNA course in a private institution and CBT nuggets and also used 9tut.
Sometimes not easy to remember all the stuff in ICND2.
Hope with the help of 9tut questions I will pass this final exam and obtain CCNA.

Lets all agree on one thing. If we do not use practice question like these, chances to fail in the exam are high. The exams are not cheap! It is good to study and know the material aswell especially if you would like to work as a network engineer but to remember all the material it is not easy.

Anyways will keep you all informed.

Hi Guys I have done it!

Passed with an 84x. Man was this exam difficult. I will say one thing. This exam requires you to know the labs. I had 54 questions and i only knew how to complete maybe 5-6. The rest i guessed. I had couple of drag and drops which were straight forward. The trouble shoot labs were also straight forward but please know your show commands. I didn’t get any configuration sims. I believe ICND2 heavily weighs on the sims so If you aren’t good with simulations and troubleshooting your chance of passing is very low.

@dardar Yes those materials are very good. There is still lots of memorizing to do, so much more than the ICND1. Good Luck man! if i can do it then you should be able to do it too.

I will continue learning more about Cisco but first need to get work experience. Then i will continue with CCNP Security.

Just took the exam barely passed. Got the Gre & EIGRP Sim. I got like 8 drag drops. I honestly only studied Part 6,7,8. I got like 6 questions from part 8. I got North & South Bound drag drop and BGP which was similar to the one in part 7. I got 2 IPV6 Questions. Also studied Udemy course. Hope that helps
