To configure a switch to become the root bridge for the specified VLAN, use the spanning-tree vlan vlan-ID root command to modify the bridge priority from the default value (32,768) to a significantly lower value. The bridge priority for the specified VLAN is set to 8192 if this value causes the switch to become the root for the VLAN. I failed the exam today. There were about 20+ new questions. Dave’s Stuff was 60% valid for my exam.

I’m using Daves stuff and 9tut premium. That’s all i have.

I got a very weird question, it comes up like this, it show only host x and host y connected to router A. ask why can’t host X ping host y. NO ips are given, no masks, no more DATA….

BTW, all answers are
host x gateway is wrong, host y gateway is wrong, host x subnet, host y subnet. Thas ABCD, allow only one choice…all could be correct…

I got it, I think it’s duplex mismatch and overloaded segment

Yes also got it on my exam, and I answered wrong, Duplex mismatch and inband path, after reading here and some consulting. The answer should be, Duplex mismatch and Overloaded segment. Cisco does state in a doc that a Failing NIC might cause problems but lists it as a remote psoibility.

Remembering, now that one of the LABS has the variance 2 command (EIGRP LAB), and that makes the answer unequally load balanced, and not equally load balanced. Anyone got this lab? Cant remember which labs was tho…

Is there no simulation in ICND2?

You have 3 or 4 Sims in ICND2

Normaly EIGRP, OSPF and GRE SIMS

In the routing part i had 100%

Sims are the same ospf gre and eigrp most same question

And the question i dont know i take the Longest answer in 70% this is the correct one

both correct, A disable the dynamic from DTP and D disable DTP too, so both are correct. but A is the better answer i think, we should disable DTP not the trunk

Made it guys, there are a couple of new questions, same 3 sims as stated above use show commands, purchased 346 questions for $99 they turned out to be the same as the free questions on google drive except free questions are from 1 to 271 but you vce file format and vce player with the purchased one. say 70% are valid, and there are 60 questions in exam.
