    thanks

Took the exam today an passed. Great work from 9tut and examCollection.com.

The dumps are 100% valid. Check out keron and shekhar.

I got the vtp sim and frame relay.

The reason frame relay is not a lab is because in the exam you don’t configure anything. You only need the commands show run and show frame-relay map

    Thanks

    August 28th, 2012

Failed ICND2 today. I found it much harder than the CCNA composite exam. I went in very confident and comfortable with configuring but my test ended up being a lot of theory. Had the VTP sim and Frame Relay simlet. Knocked both of those out of the park but need to study a little harder on the concepts behind everything especially NAT/PAT. Job making me test again next tuesday. Guess it’s cram time.

  17. ahr
    August 29th, 2012

failed today with 820, got vtp sim, osff and framerelay test let

vtp was same, frame relay and ospf was the same but diferent numbers,

other questions the same did see the odd new one but not many.

well 802 covers 822(ICND1) and 816(ICND2) but I am not sure whether that I have to go though also the questions that I see in 802 on 9tut? anybody please help?

  21. J@M

    August 29th, 2012

does show running-config work on the sim?

  23. Alboma
    August 29th, 2012

Hi JQ. Unless the sim question stated that you cannot use that command, and it’s disabled. You need to use another way to get the info, e.g. show interface f0/1 etc. But for the rest there’s no restriction.

Just did the exam (944/100), passing score 825. OSPF SIM, VTP lab (9tut.net), FR (9tut.com). All the questions were from either 9tut.com, 9tut.net or Daniel´s vce. Good luck!

    @9tut

    what happened to 9tut.com?

  29. Dax
    September 4th, 2012

’tis all done for now ICND2 completed, next stop CCNP while the brain is still well stretched.

Be aware some concepts from ICND1 did make their way into ICND2 – nothing to involved but imagine there is no way to avoid it.

So study, revise and relax – I think there are a lot of horror stories around the CCNA exam/s, they aren’t that bad and for the most part Cisco are fair in their testing.

hey guys. I’m giving my ICND2 exam on Sunday (9 September, 2012). I watched the CBT Nuggets videos on ICND2, did 4 of the latest dumps from examcollection.com, and went through the question here on 9tut. What else can I do to make sure I pass this exam? Any suggestions?

are the dumps at examcollection valid?

  33. J-dawg
    September 6th, 2012

    @ jason
I don’t know about ICND 2, but according to the comments on there, yes they are valid.

I remember I used the Dumps at examcollection for my ICND 1 exam, they were 90% or so valid.

It’s good practice to go over them.

    @Anonymous.

dont waste your time too much on dumbs, concentrate in the simulations in this site + the simulation in “Cisco.CertifyMe.640-816.v2012-08-29.by.Peyton.525q” in the examcollection website

wish you all the best …

Passed last week. 917 Thanks 9tut+how2pass+pass4sure+books+icnd2class+experience.
First off these tests are great to get you updated on how to test under Cisco terms.
Through all these posts they learn how to generate harder questions. All I can say is learn as much as you can on the job, then learn how to study for Cisco tests.
On my exam (43 ques/825 to pass): VTP Sim, OSPF questions(had one question that had 4 questions within it) study from 9tut.net and how2pass simlets. Had a Frame Relay Sim too, just like the one on how2pass (dealt with DLCI’s, multinational core, branch offices – this too had 4 questions within 1 question). Many multiple choice ques on 9tut.net

    September 10th, 2012

Sat for exam today and passed with an 890. My big foo-bomb was wan but did great on rest. Source of study this website and all questions and tutorials CCNA and ICND2 and daniels dumps which were very good.

VTP Sim – (2) switches one that you had to add in. Wierd placement of the IP address you had to use. Multiple drag and drops for poison reverse etc, multiple ip address schemes to figure with one drag an drop based on figuring proper cider, figure out a frame relay by logging and using commands…. Multiple choice OSPF, stp, vtp, Ipv6, ACL

15 minutes left when done. Good luck.

thank god i pass this exam 972/1000 thanks to 9tut and to all people that putting their inputs after their exam, here is my inputs to return the favor
i got vtp lab last usable 192.168.116.61 ip def 192.168.116.33 vtp domain river
so i used 192.168.116.62 = last usable, when i am done on config it i ping the def gate and the vlan 1 and ping good, exam collection on daniel / and sekhar is still valid i would like to say thanks to the person who shared that file. i got vtp sim and frame relay
on vtp you can see it on the last 816 vce on exam collection
4 question it includes two first questions on icnd2 website ospf questions and they convert it to a sim, plus two added more questions that tells u how many networks will be installed to r1 if they converged and another is to how to affect a load balance the answer on that is bandwidth and cost on frame relay its like on the ccna hotspot the same pool of questions but on diff ip add / dlci nos, thanks again 9tut

i passed today! ICND2…865/1000… majority of the questions were in the dumps, some of them reworded…drag and drop terms for split horizon, holddown, etc. vtp lab…frame relay with the multinational core.. just do all the dumps, labs on here and gns3vault, and most important – LEARN and STUDY what you don’t know…don’t rely on the tests alone, they reword some of the questions. good luck to all!

  48. Henry
    September 12th, 2012

Passed with a 937 today – Got VTP sim, OSPF testlet and Frame Relay sim. Drag and Drop was to fill in the blanks of a NAT command, but it was really just a subnetting question. Another drag and drop was to identify the subnet addresses on interfaces on in a network diagram. Daniel dump still VERY valid, and sims on 9tut were spot on, even down to the typo in the Frame Relay Sim.

Hey guys took the exam today passed with 916.. frame relay, ospf simulation.. VTP lab, Ip address list drag and drop.. stp vlan ospf eigrp questions… i studied using this website, 9tut.com, daniel dump and cbt nuggets.. jeremy is awesome.. anyways i would say the best way to get prepared for this exam is study the questions but understand why there right… thats why this website is awesome.. I wish everyone good luck and thank you 9tut. if guys have questions let me know ill check the site later… CCNA out !!!!!!!

  52. Tiny
    September 13th, 2012

Thanks 9tut I passed the ICND2 with a 944 score. I finally have my CCNA! The questions on this site were very helpful. I had the VTP sim and some of the drap drop questions.

    Thanks

    God Bless!

  53. Devasdator
    September 13th, 2012

    @Jason
Daniel’s dump + 9tut = %90 of ICND2. Some questions are grouped and converted to testlet. And choices where randomized. Example ospf1 site questions are grouped. Be careful when you answer sims. Ip and subnets are different. If VT sim questions says “first available ip” that means x.x.x.3. Because x.x.x.1 used by the gateway. If you have time, I highly recommend you to take a look at site 802. I think, a few different questions came from here. Good Luck..

  54. Patrick_Por
    September 13th, 2012

@ jason, use sekhar on 802 and daniel on 816 and for the ospf take a look on the 500 plus questions the last on examcollection under 816 it has the ospf sim. youll be suprise of the exam you will take about 30 mins to take it and passed. god bless

  55. Jason
    September 13th, 2012

so the dump with 500+ questions has everything i need? Some people are saying that dump has old questions.

  56. Patrick_Por
    September 14th, 2012

jason just take a look on the ospf sim on that 500 plus then use sekhar and daniel

  57. Chris
    September 14th, 2012

As above persons wrote. Daniel’s and 500 plus CCNA sekhar are all valid ones.

Wanna says thanks to the advice and comment all of you have added. I stumbled on 9tut by accident but never looked back. Passed with 898 on ICND 2 exam. Although it’s time to celebrate my brain is stillin study mode. What’s the next most suitable exam I should take. Is it the CCNP ?? I used Visual Manager and the examcollection.com study range. With a combination of notes from 9TUT you have no excuse to fail the ICND1 or ICND 2…

Thanks a lot for wonderful LABs, SIMs and practice tests on this website.Passed today with 9XX marks. Got VTP, Frame-relay, and OSPF simlet(not here on the website, but it was easy-4 questions: which ip would be assigned to router, one on cost & bandwidth, one on AD, I forgot the last one), lots of questions on VLANs, Subnetting, WAN questions, drag- n drop- frame-relay one, etc.
Studied official Todd Lammle book, Global Knowledge tutorials, Daniel’s dumps and for labs- 9 tut.net.
    Thanks!!!!:-)

Just passes thew ICND2, Yipee. 986/1000
Had the VTP, Frame Relay and a questions from the OSPF question sections, which had a question that was not on any of the questions of this site.
If you use the diagram from the question #1 in the ICND2 OSPF questions it asks you how many network would be shown in the routing table of R1 I believe. There were other questions from the OSPF page.
    Good Luck Everyone!

    September 19th, 2012

@ jason sorry to hear that, as far as my experience that was ive seen on my exam,
and to support my comment you can see chris comment after i gave you my inputs.
all of my questions come from that vce files, sorry man. i just went in and share what ive seen. usually on icnd 2 u get 1 lab and 2 sims and i share the info to all how can we deal
    w/those questions. again man sorry.

    September 19th, 2012

@jason yo sorry to hear the news. what do you think was the reason was, were there some unexpected items, how close to the exam was the dump, how’s ur subnetting, what were ur weak points, any advice? good luck next time.

    September 21st, 2012

@Patrick, what number is the OSPF sim on the sekhar dump?

  73. Patrick_Por
    September 21st, 2012

@ tim its not on the sekhar dump, its under the 816 on exam and its file name
    Cisco.CertifyMe.640-816.v2012-08-29.by.Peyton.525q.vce
just browse for a certain ospf simlet just like the frame simlet u can see here.
its like the question under icnd2 on 9tut.net the first and second question
plus 2 other more, u can see it on that dump, i mean the additional question.
    and its possible answer

  74. Robert Williams
    September 21st, 2012

Took the ICND2 exam this past Wed and passed with a 964.
Had VTP and Frame relay sim. Vtp sim needed to use the last usable ip address. Frame relay was almost identical. Had 1 new DD Q. Had an access list deny 192.168.12.0 0.0.3.255 eq http and the I had to choose which ip address and protocols were denied and allowed. Options were something like192.168.13.234 udp, 192.168.14.221 80, 192.168.15.45 http, 192.168.32.52 80.

What helped the most for subnetting was creating a cheat sheet. It answered or allowed me to answer all of the subnetting Q’s. For the 15 I get for the tutorial I create a spread sheet with three rows. All you need to remember is the first row and a little math. Ill explained.
The first column starts with /30 the 2nd column starts with 252 and the third column starts with 4.
    /30 .252 4
To create the second row, the first column is /29. then from the first row subtract 4 from 252 to get the second column(netmask). Double the 3rd column(3 of hosts).

    /29 (252-4=) .248 4×2= 8
    /28 (248-8=) .240 8×2= 16
    /27(240-16=) .224 16×2= 32
    /26(224-32=) .192 32×2= 64
    /25(192-64=) .128 64×2=128
    /24(128-128=) .255.0 128×2=256
    /23 .254.0 512
    /22 . 252.0 1024
    /21 .248.0 2048
    /20 .240.0 4096

    Do you see the pattern?
If I didn’t explain it well please ask…

All of you begging for dumps please stop. It is really annoying, have some self respect. Go to examcollection and download them yourself.

Guys the dump at examcollection are not valid.

  79. thereis nogod
    September 23rd, 2012

jason the dumps very valid. if u dont pass with a dump its because you didnt do enough other preparation. the dumps are questions from the actual test. what else do you want? you should be able to determine if the answers are right or wrong. these dumps give you an advantage. if they aren’t valid then dont use them and let us know if you do any better without them.

If you are having VCE promlebs (only five questions) google VCE registry fix or VCE registry hack . It’s a simple registry fix that allows access to full question bank. The other option is pay for the software.

Thank you Krishna sir,We really apitcepare for your kind information regarding our beloved village. It has been always fantastic to hear news about our village in such a way, especially, in development sector. I am very much proud of you that you have been serving for our village for such a long prior of time. When I saw your face it remind me of my school age and all those stupid things that i used to do at that time. It just feels like yesterday, I feel young again like a boy. I do hope you also feel the same as me, don’t you sir? I have no doubt you have a huge connection with the school and village both emotionally and physically. I know you love the place same as any other villagers. Only one thing is different with compare to other is that you have been contributing with your highly respected qualification, dedication and honestly almost whole of your life.My heartfelt thanks to you for your hard work and showing such an enthusiasm towards our village and as well as school. We are very lucky to have such a generous teacher and proud of you.Your sincerelyEx student Arjun badmas danda ghar.PS it would be better if you could publish your e mail add so we can contact you personally in future.

To prep for the exam, I sat the courses, read the books and recreated all the labs on this site in Packet Tracer and practised on them, which is a must really to pick up decent points on fully completed labs. You need to have the commands in your fingers. The labs are quite straight forward in the comfort of your own home but under pressure of time and its quite different. Use the “subnettingqestions.com” web site daily until you can do them in your head and get them right.
Manage your time – 75 mins to complete 43+ Qs. Too slow and you will rush the end and possibly a lab, too fast and you may well make mistakes. Consider base timings on minimum 12 Qs every 15 minutes. This will give you some flex on the labs that have 4 Qs associated with each of them – you should slow down (a little) on these and nail them. There can be 2 or 3 labs. First check can be made at the first 15 minutes point to see how you are doing. During the exam the digital clock counts down in the top right-hand corner from 75 mins to 0 seconds. You will know immediately after the exam if you have been successful or not. There is some feedback on your printed Exam Score Report but frustratingly not enough to analyse what Qs you got wrong and what to concentrate on for next time. But read it anyway. Minimum wait is 5 days to resit.
If you were not successful, make some notes soon after the exam, while its still fresh, on what Qs you did not know and research those areas. Resits will unlikely have the exact same questions but will cover some of the same processes, may concentrate on them differently and perhaps ask similar questions but with different wording and exibit data.
Health warning: 9tut is an excellent medium to get you thinking and applying your knowledge, especially if you have learnt from a book. But it is also a medium to stimulate interaction and to challenge your knowledge of why some of the responses are either right or wrong.

^ Google VCE reg hack – it was available as a Torrent file, don’t know if it still is? – VCE plus the registry key – it’s simple, all you do is double click the registry entry, add to your PC’s registry, then re-open the Cert Manager and there you go, you’ll see all questions

Took the ICND2 earlier, got a 930. Got the VTP sim. Practically every question that came up was covered either on here or exam collection. Some were differently worded, some werent.
